Terms of use

1. Provider and beta status

Fragen is operated by Ideapunkt (Germany), website https://ideapunkt.de. The service is currently in a testing / beta stage. Features, availability, and free quotas may change.

By requesting an API key or using Fragen you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Fragen lets approved users create short multilingual voice interview links (typically via an MCP client such as Hermes Agent). Participants answer by voice or text. Results (summary, transcripts, audio) are prepared for the requester, with Spanish as the default result language.

3. Access and quotas

API access is granted after manual approval. Free testing use is limited (currently 15 interviews per month and 5 per day per client key unless otherwise agreed). Admin keys configured by Ideapunkt may have different limits.

You must keep your API key secret and are responsible for activity under your key.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Fragen for unlawful content, harassment, spam, or to process special categories of personal data without a lawful basis. You must ensure participants are informed that the conversation may be recorded and processed by AI, and that required consents are collected in the interview UI.

5. No warranties in beta

During testing, Fragen is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect transcriptions, or fitness for a particular purpose. Do not rely on beta output as sole basis for legal, medical, or employment decisions without human review.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by German law, Ideapunkt is not liable for indirect damages arising from beta use. Mandatory liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, or under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
